What's Maya?
The Sanskrit word for "illusion" is maya. Maya comes in all forms. It's everything and anything you can think of - feelings, emotions, thoughts, plans, memories, people, situations!
It's these illusions that cloud our correct view of ourselves as whole. Maya is the only thing that keeps us separate - from our true selves, from the Source/God/the Universe/Spirit.

It's what hinders us from feeling that constant peace that is there inside of all of us. In the same way we dream at night and awaken the next morning, perhaps deeply affected yet knowing that it was all an illusion, so is our reality an illusion - it feels so real!
What's Beyond All Maya?
BEYOND ALL MAYA IS WHO WE REALLY ARE.
ONENESS
A sense of deep and lasting connection to every other being in existence.

PURE AWARENESS
There's no identification with who we think we are (the ego or false self). The ego is necessary for the formation of a personality, but with pure awareness, we see that we are spiritual beings or souls, that we are love, compassion, selflessness, peace.
NON-ATTACHMENT
We're not attached to form. Form includes our thoughts and feelings and emotions, all of the roles we play and the experiences and people in our lives. We don't grasp at form on its way in, while it's here, or while it's leaving.
FREEDOM
You're no longer a partner in the dance between expectation and disappointment. As a result, you're free from the bonds of fear and hope, and can live fully in the moment.

BEING, RATHER THAN DOING.
Life flows. It's not a struggle.
